Settlement & Accounts Payable (AP)

• Generate transaction reports from the clearing system and digital wallet issuers’ portals and perform daily reconciliations within the stipulated timelines.

• Ensure funds received from digital wallet issuers are accurate and aligned with the reconciled reports.

• Prepare GIRO payments to merchants and bank payment files within designated timelines.

• Monitor and ensure successful processing of payments by the bank to merchants, and update the clearing system accordingly.

• Set up and maintain bank details for newly onboarded merchants, ensuring all details comply with internal procedures and processes.

• Prepare and submit monthly transaction and settlement reports within specified timelines.

• Address and respond promptly to queries from digital wallet issuers and merchants.

• Work closely with the IT team on new report requirements, system enhancements, and rollout improvements.

• Assist and provide backup support to team members when necessary, including processing supplier invoices, staff claims, and data entry.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Perform data entry for payment receipts

• Manage AR collections and maintain accurate AR aging records.

• Prepare AR Statements of Account (SOA), AR aging report, billing files, and issue invoices.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.

• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.

• Proficient in Ms Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated, independent, organized, and a proactive team player.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Service-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
